Creative Advertisement using Graphic Design

Graphic Design and Advertising can be linked together in a very simple way and this makes them both more effective as i can see. the way in which some of the most simple designs can be a very simple and then others are large scale and would cost a lot more to create, My favourite out of the above images is the Run nike advert as its really simple to create yet you would have to stop and look at it because you cannot know for certain that its not a full board sign and you'll go running into it, whereas it could and most likely is just hollow and you can walk straight through it. You however would have to stop and check and this would make you realise this design very well.

Alexa Meade

This artist has a excellent and innovative way of working when it comes to the creative side of working. The way how she creates her work is to paint the body of the person completely to conceal how they look and then to work back into it with more layers of paint to then expose them into a completely different light, this style of work is amazing due to it being placed into any environment and it still makes sense of everything and defines a clean cut understanding of what the Alexa is wanting to achieve. 

These are just some designs which i like the look of whilst i was sieving through the design work which other designers have created whilst looking online and to find out what i like and inspires me. All of these have there upsides and downsides to the graphic design work. But all of these are inspiring outcomes.

High Speed Camera Shots

These images are just some taken from a high speed camera, the effect it has works very well and id love to be able to get a chance to do some work like this, and then to add some type towards it would make it a very strong outcome of work. These could be used for some sort of magazine or poster design as its a very strong visual image due to you not being able to see this with the normal eye so it makes it more intriguing to look at.

Pantural

These designs were created on a program called 3d Max, this is a program which 3d designers use to create short films and render images which make a very realistic outcome for there work, this makes it a very good program to use as the realism is hard to tell from a photograph when created correctly. The way in which i am wanting to make things work for my work i will not need to use this sort of software although i think that if i had the ability to learn to do something like that then this would be a very helpful skill incase in the future i would use this. 

The two above videos are created from the designer Pantural and they have a intriguing factor about them and make you want to watch them more, this comes down from the sound effects to the music he used and then the amazing images, All aspects of his work have been considered and i am sure in the future this person will not struggle to gather work from agencies.

Thinkdust

This design work is exactly the style which i love, the outcome of how its created on the Macs using the drop tone and the almost acetate effect on the red area and then the strong black area which covers some of the image but still not enough to object the way you see how it all works out. The  cyan design which is above is even better as its my favourite colour and the image appears more impacting for what i am wanting to see and create in my designs, Overall these are strong piece of design and to recreate these would be excellent.

Daniel C.Wiggins

This design is a mix of both the illustrator work and also the typography, the way in which all the images link together with the same colour theme make it work as a set, but still deliver the message clearly. The top design appears to be some sort of leaflet due to it being upside down regardless of the way in which you would hold it, the rest are more likely to be some sort of poster and then that a hand out. Overall as a set though these all link together and work well as a group. I think that this makes it work to the best of its capability.

John Beckers

This work is from a designer called John Beckers, the way in which it has been created has a very different style to each of the designers, this makes me think its better due to all the styles in which its needed to make this work, the design which has been placed onto brown paper and then drawn/printed onto using blue ink appears a lot like the work of Si Scott and the bottom image which is embossed looks like
Mark Webber's designs.

These are very creative and have a illustration look to each of them, this is a talent which i would like to learn more off, being able to creative a much more diverse outlook on graphic design instead of restricting myself to a blinkered style of work.

SugarRush Creative

Glenwood Flooring Limited.


This work is from the design industry SugarRush Creative, the simplicity of the work makes my attention get drawn in due to the  vast colour range which they offer with there designs and it being easy readable and legible. The images show, a different way of looking at how they work together and what they are trying to achieve. The little things which help it work as a set aswell is how the colour guide at the front can link you quickly to the correct page for easy access. These small things just help it all work out together.

Matt Henry

These are a set of three posters which have been created from Matt Henry, this is a student which i used to hang about with when i lived back in Middlesborough, this designer has a very good skill when it comes to graphic design and i wanted to add his work into my blog to show what i would like to be able to create when i develop further on my graphic design course.

Wayne Prints A Poster Using His Own Blood

This designer does some screen printing but instead of using ink and paints like a normal designer he has decided to use his own blood to make things more personal, the outcome works rather well and would be a good thing to try but without using my own blood as i am not to fond of it. id rather use some animal blood or another media.

These are some paper cut rolls these are made from toilet role tubes and then the animals are placed inside of it with the chopped areas of another role, this then when light is shined in the rights areas creates a shadow style over the outcome of the work and this makes the outcome design look a lot stronger, these examples of work have no listed designers name, but i thought i would just say that so i am not getting done for stealing another designers work.
