Layout Inspiration

These are some of the most effective layouts that i could grab ideas from for the magazine layouts, this is something that i feel could change the layout and maybe even the scale of the magazine, this isn't something that can just be produced quickly overnight, the layout will take a while to get figured out and something that will change continuously as i design.

Taking sections from each of these designs are something that that could be of benefit towards me, and also using the huge amount of magazines that we have in the library at our disposal!

Front Cover Inspiration

These are some inspirations that caught my eye when looking around on books and websites, that caught my eye on the cover that could be created for my Reveal 2 magazine, although i would want to make sure that i had a front cover that can link in with the type of design that i would normally do and something that would link with the designs inside, this would be crucial.

This project that i have posted at the end is something which is a massive inspiration for me, the slim, sleek and professional looking editorial is not something that any designer can create, the way in which its been bound with the larger outside stock and then the slim inside design gives it that professional feel, this is something that i may consider for my magazine. 

There is then a special print on the front and the spine, this is that little extra touch that makes it stand out in the design jumble of bad designs.

Rhythm, Colour & Space - Info-graphics & Symbols

These are some starting simple symbols which could replace the letters and how things could start to appear, especially the top one, i think the concept of how they have appeared together works as something that I want to visit as a conceptual design.

Obediah - Photography Shoot Ideas

This was something that I assigned myself due to the amount of design work that charlie was doing on the logo to try and get that sorted, I wanted to make sure that when we had created the designs on the T-shirts and got them printed that we were then able to control the photo shoot of where things would then be snapped! 

These are the images that I managed to find and then create boards out of them... 

This is the Issuu document of the final boards which will be proposed towards Thiery to make sure he gets the right picture of what we want creating.
