there are many an app these days that you can use to measure how far you run the average speed etc, this is the best way to plan your wayfinding for the next time you run, so if you were to run the same route over and over and you enjoy it you can do that, if you decide to change it for the next time that you go for a run to increase the distance if you found it too easy or decrease it if you found it too hard... this works both ways
