Stock Options & Print Finishing... Branding and Identity

This is clearly a branding for a person who has named it "The Horological Journal" the technique that makes this a special type of print is the way that it has been foil printed, this adds a new design style to it which cant be found with many things. This really adds that expensive look and style towards it however i don't think the layout itself has been designed very well when you look at the top image. It has a very untidy look as if no professional has been hired to create these.

This is a business card which i think looks really strong, the way in which the UV spot varnish has been used to bring out only the text and image so you really need to see what is going on when it comes down to the business cards. Yet his name and number booth sit in the corner where you are going to look first due to it being a spot colour which highlights itself upon the matte stock which is the main colour of the card. The off orange and black really compliment each other to a degree where you can really see the strengths within the card.

This is another style of spot print when it comes down to business cards and where you really want to give a first impression, this is session is what is really going on, the way in which you can deliver your business card it what people will think of you when it comes to the crunch, the printing cost of this aint really a high amount unless you are creating mass amounts of these. By the look of the stock its going to be a high value stock then with a special print method on top, to print one hundred or so of these then you can manage at that, but if you are going to then start to print out more you will start to have issues with the cost.
