Good is... (part 2, Information and Wayfinding)


This one i cant really post images up due to the sheer amount of them and they just show images of muscles and other random images which relate to the section which they are talking about and not to the actual subject overall.

The largest amount of information on this subject matter has to come down to dieting and how there is so much out there with the rest of the possibility that they have created, everyone seems to have there own way of
dieting and some plans to have the best body out there, you can read them forever and still have no clue where to start, this has to be a fair sure way to have a way of gathering information.

Below are some examples of websites which Ive found when it comes to information on excercise and dieting ... also some videos from youtube to show how there are so many people on there as well that think the exact same way.

(the link at the end, exrx looks like an awful website but its rammed full of useful information which i myself have used personally and found good results from.)
